Customer Service Guarantee

We still believe in real customer service. Our promise is to you- the customer- because without you we are nothing, and we hope to earn your trust and loyalty forever. We strive to provide the best service and product possible for everyone.

We are aware of some customers getting burned by knockoff or otherwise inferior quality 'custom' knives and want to do our part to nip it in the bud. We understand this can make a person shy away from other custom makers, or hesitant to invest in another product. We don't like that some receive the impression from these fly by night makers that all work is done to the same inferior standards.

Thus, we will offer our advice/counsel to anyone who wants it regarding their prospective knife, tool, and other gear purchases. Even if you are purchasing that item elsewhere. If it is something we can offer a fair price on, we will include our offer along with the option, and if we cannot match or beat what is out there, we will gladly share with you the best option we can find for you. Honesty and fairness is our policy- we know what it is to be on a budget and want the best product for the best price for you, even if it is another company offering it.

We price match when it is in our power to do so, and make goods that are second to none, but we are tired of seeing prospective collectors and buyers soured on making a top tier purchase by either knock off or goods that make outright fraudulent claims and leave you with no option for recourse.

Shipping Policy

We will typically ship your item in 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, though not always. Most items are sent via USPS Priority Mail, but if you prefer to use another courier please contact us and we will discuss the options, including any additional costs associated.

We are a small company, but we have proven ourselves reliable over the years. If for some reason we do not get your package out within 7 business days we will contact you. This is extremely rare, but we all know life happens, and we will make every reasonable effort to make this right. All items will be insured with the shipping company at the item's retail value. Tracking numbers will be provided where applicable, but to save money for our customers on small items they may be sent via USPS large envelope shipping and may not have a tracking number.

Our 2-day shipping option will place your item first in priority level, in order of time stamps. It does not guarantee shipment from us within the 2 days, as we still make and finish everything by hand, but it does prioritize the item. We will make certain to provide a tracking number for these, and if regular shipping estimate IS more than two days then will ship via guaranteed 2 day. You can reasonably expect the item within approximately a week or less. In special cases, contact us and we may be able to ship within a day or two- we have been known to ship overnight to try to get an item there before Christmas.
